  1. Hello I was wondering if you would be interested in buying a couple clocks that you have serviced. Record would probably be under the name O’Keefe Larry or Elaine from Latham Ny. One is a Ridgeway Grandfather clock and the other is a brass mantle clock. Please let me know thanks

    Mark O’Keefe

  2. I have a Herschede Edenburg 247 grandfather clock. The lever to turn the hour chime does not work. Looking for someone to repair this.

  3. I have a Seth Thomas mantle clock from the 1930s that worked fine until the minute hand broke off when I was setting it for Daylight Savings time. Could you give me a rough idea of how much it might cost to repair it?

  4. Greetings – I have inherited a grandfather clock. I would need to have it picked up from its location in Cohoes, serviced at your store, and delivered/setup at my home in Cohoes. Please let me know if this is possible, available dates, and est cost. I will then contact the owner to check their availability for you to pick up. Thank you.

  5. I recently acquired an Ithaca grandfather clock, not sure if it is original or a reproduction, but need it to be serviced. Can I drop it off anytime and how much would that be?

  6. Have a Vintage plug-in kitchen clock from the 30s – Wondering if this is something you would be able to repair?
Happy to send pictures. Thank you

  7. Hello,
Glad to find you online! I have a few clocks and wanted to get a quote on service. We live in Charlton near the tavern and I have a grandfather clock, a reproduction from Barclay Collection built by my dad. It hasn’t been piled for a while but it is working fine. I’m wondering the price to have it serviced at our home.

I’m also curious if you sell the oil and dispenser as I may eventually ask my dad to teach me how to oil so I can keep it in good shape.

    Thank you!
    Beth

  8. I inherited a 1960’s Tempus Fugit Eligin E403/1 grandmother clock with
Jauch PL61. It chimes manually but doesn’t keep time.

  9. Good morning – Cohoes City School District is going to have you prepare a clock for relocation. Please provide the business W-9 so that we can start the payment process. I will send our NYS Tax Exemption when I receive your email.

  10. Reaching out to “Abigail” – we met at the NAWCC New England Regionaaal last weekend. Anne Hemsley here (New Haven Cottage Gem and Owens mantel with etched glass)! I hoped to come visit some time, and i’m checking to see if this is the correct website. The meet was a great new experience, and I should have made better contact notes. Hope you and your friend got home safe.

  11. I have a grandfather clock that you have serviced and cleaned before. I pulled the chain too high and cannot reinsert it. I need help with that and probably a cleaning too as it have been 5 years. We have been very happy with your service through the years, first using you in the early 1980s.

  12. Have a grandfather clock that is at least 100 years old. It got pretty well beat up in shipment to my house. Would like to have it restored. I leave in Rotterdam, NY.
